Ingredients

Waffle batter

  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Creme Cake Wholegrain* 
  • 350 g of Whole eggs
  • 300 g of Mimetic Incorporation* 
  • 225 g of  Water

Decoration

  • Q.S. of Carat Coverlux Dark*
  • Q.S. of Carat Coverlux White*
  • Q.S. of Freeze dried fruits, nuts, granola,...

Working Method

Waffle batter

  1. Soften the Mimetic Incorporation*.
  2. Put all ingredients together and mix with a spatula for 2 min. at slow speed. 
  3. Mix for another 2 min. at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
  4. Pour batter into a piping bag and pipe little dots in a hot waffle iron.

Composition & Decoration

  1. Decorate with Carat Coverlux White or Carat Coverlux Dark. Sprinkle freeze dried raspberry, pistachio and granola on top.
