  1. Base

1. Base - 110g


Working method

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make the base for 2 min. at slow speed using a fl at beater. Mix another 2 min. at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained. Mix the Belcolade Noir Selection 30% Reduced Sugar Chunks in the batter.
  2. Pipe the batter in the mould. Bake approx. 30 min. at 180°C.
