Shanghai, China – Puratos, Global Leader in Premium Baking Solutions, announces strategic joint venture with Guelph Foods Ltd., an Egg Wash Alternative & premium quality Whipping Cream leader in China.   

The partnership will further amplify our presence in the fast-growing baking markets in China and Asia-Pacific region. This strategic convergence is set to reshape the industry landscape across Asia Pacific with technology upgrades.

This collaboration holds significant strategic importance. By integrating Puratos' world-leading R&D capabilities and global market resources with Guelph Foods Ltd.'s exceptional UHT production technology, advanced production and scaled capacity in China, the joint venture will further solidify Puratos' leadership in plant-based egg wash alternative and Whipping Cream within the Asia Pacific region.
