Studying the history of bread and its multiple uses throughout the world has given us the knowledge we need to offer you, consumers, the best of this product. However, the history of sourdough is so rich that we didn’t want to keep it all to ourselves! As such, we decided to create the “Maison du Levain” (Center for Bread Flavor), where visitors can discover the past, present, and future of sourdough for themselves. Puratos has been passionate about sourdough for years, and we’re convinced that The Future of Bread Lies in its Past.
