- 1000 g of Satin Savoury mix
- 200 g of Whole eggs
- 900 g of Water
- 400 g of Oil
- 300 g of Bacon
- 450 g of Cheddar
- 60 g Chives
- Mix all the ingredients for 4 min. at medium speed.
- Bake the bacon slightly and let it cool down. Mix the bacon, cheddar and chopped chives (save a little bit of bacon and chives for the decoration) into the batter.
- Pipe 110 g of the batter into muffin paper cups.
- Decorate with the rest of the bacon and chopped chives.
- Bake for 25 min. at 180 °C.
