Tegral Satin Savoury recipe : Cheddar & Bacon Muffin

Ingredients

Dough :

  • 1000 g of Satin Savoury mix
  • 200 g of Whole eggs
  • 900 g of Water
  • 400 g of Oil

Filling : 

  • 300 g of Bacon
  • 450 g of Cheddar
  • 60 g Chives

Decoration : 

  • Bacon
  • Chives

Working method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for 4 min. at medium speed.
  2. Bake the bacon slightly and let it cool down. Mix the bacon, cheddar and chopped chives (save a little bit of bacon and chives for the decoration) into the batter.
  3. Pipe 110 g of the batter into muffin paper cups.
  4. Decorate with the rest of the bacon and chopped chives. 
  5. Bake for 25 min. at 180 °C.
