We are passionate about rare chocolates – those with their origins in select places around the world. A full range is available, from 100% organic, fair trade, and the ‘Made in Belgium’ Belcolade, to an assortment of locally produced high-quality real chocolate. We also produce compound chocolate and fillings for all applications in bakery, patisserie and chocolate.
Our passion for taste in chocolate does not stop there.
We have two Chocolate Centers devoted entirely to the craft of making chocolate – one in Wisconsin, USA, and the other in Brussels, Belgium – where we specialise in sharing everything we know about chocolate and its production.
The Puratos Chocolate Centers organise training sessions and seminars where you can learn from some of the world’s great chocolate and pastry chefs. Combining expertise in technical know-how, taste and production, our Chocolate Centers also work on developing new products, new processes and new technologies with equipment manufacturers and partners.
