Tegral Satin Savoury recipe : Cocktail Bites

Ingredients

Dough :

  • 1000 g of Satin Savoury mix
  • 200 g of Whole eggs
  • 900 g of Water
  • 400 g of Oil

Filling : 

  • 420 g of Green olives
  • 420 g of Feta
  • 420 g of Red bel pepper
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Decoration :

  • Green olives
  • Feta
  • Red bell pepper

Working method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for 4 min. at medium speed.
  2. Incorporate the filling ingredients (save some for the decoration) into the batter.
  3. Pipe 15 g of the batter into each mould.
  4. Decorate each bite with the rest of the filling ingredients.
  5. Bake for 12 min. at 180 °C.
