DISCOVER THE ESSENCE OF NORDIC BREAD CULTURE IN OUR TASTY RECIPES!

Drawing from Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, we've crafted delicious breads to inspire you with flavorful creations. The iconic Swedish cinnamon roll, known as kanelbullar, is a delightful treat enjoyed during the famed Swedish fika. Beyond cinnamon rolls, Sweden offers a variety of options, including rolls with cardamom and almond paste, as well as pistachio and butter vanilla twists. Available in both individual and larger portions for sharing, these rolls contribute to the cozy and communal aspect of Swedish food culture. To minimize food waste, artisan bakeries also offer a sliced and dried version of the longer portions.
