Melt the chocolate in a microwave to 45°C. In a mixing bowl with a paddle, mix all other ingredients for 3 min at medium speed. Add the melted chocolate and mix for another 2 min. Spread 1,6 kg of batter in a 30 x 40cm frame.
Assembling
Let the Brownie cool down and cut into rectangle shapes of 8 cm x 3 cm.
