The objective of the seminar was to give bakery general managers and R&D specialists an overview of the current status of freezer technology in the worldwide bakery industry.
The conference outlined the major challenges faced by the frozen bread industry today and opportunities for frozen bakery technology. Puratos welcomed 130 participants from 7 countries and regions (China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, and Taiwan). In the light of this success, other seminars will be held around the world.
