Sublimo carries off Fine Food Award 2004

The Fine Food Awards aim to recognise innovation in the food industry in Belgium. It is an initiative launched by FEVIA (The Belgian Food Industry Federation). Sublimo cold setting glaze won the “Go Between” category for business to business ingredients.

The awards were announced at the FEVIA annual meeting. The Flemish Minister of Public Works, Energy, Environment and Nature, Kris Peeters, presented the prize. The award confirms the innovative characteristics of this new kind of ready to use glaze that sets cold. The fruits are no longer damaged by the heath of the glaze. Sublimo is also perfect for fruit tartlets decorated with fresh cream.
