Puratos at Europain 2005, as reliable partners in innovation

From April 16 to 20, Puratos will present its innovative products, solutions and ideas at Europain, Paris. Moreover, Europain 2005 is the first international show where you will find us in our new identity, and – on top – together with Patisfrance which has become one of our three main brands, next to Puratos and Belcolade.

A triple focus

According to the three businesses we focus on, our booth at Europain is divided in three parts: bakery, patisserie and chocolate. For each of them, we present a specific programme for the industry and for the artisans.

Our industrial approach

Industrial customers will find numerous solutions that can be tailored to every single need. To bakery customers, we present soft and frozen bakery concepts and flavour solutions. Patissiers can get acquainted - among others - with Acti-Fresh, providing long lasting freshness for cakes, sponges and choux, and large size packaging solutions. Belcolade presents to its industrial chocolate customers its integrated chocolate solutions including no sugar added couverture chocolates, and many more.

Our artisan approach

On the other side of the booth, several products and concepts will tickle the artisan's creativity. For artisan bakers, we demonstrate O'tentic, a range of brand new, active bakery components to bake breads with the taste of the good old days. Patissiers and chocolatiers can see three Meilleurs Ouvriers de France at work with Patisfrance, Belcolade and Puratos products. They each created 4 recipes for this occasion.

The Great Taste & Wellness Avenue

Going through the centre of our booth, the Great Taste and Wellness Avenue highlights our specific health solutions in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate trades. As consumers want to manage their health capital more actively, our customers face new challenges. To help them turn these into opportunities, Puratos develops a product range that focuses on health without compromising on the taste.

Mobile sensorial analysis lab

Puratos works relentlessly to provide exceptional products in terms of taste. To understand and describe how consumers evaluate food, we base ourselves on sensorial analysis. We have now made a mobile variant to be able to conduct sensorial analysis wherever our customers need it. You can also visit our sensorial analysis bus at Europain!
