Some examples
- We stimulate the growth of our employees by promoting internal movement, on both a national and an international level. This worldwide mobility has become very important within our Group and fosters the sharing of best practices and the exchange between local cultures.
- In 2006, Puratos has installed an internal training program, the Puratos University. Its purpose is to train our employees in our innovations, production, quality, safety, finance etc. Every year, many training sessions are held in our Innovation Center in Brussels or in our Center for Bread Flavour in St. Vith.
