It serves as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the social, economic, and environmental development of cocoa farming communities participating in our Cacao-Trace™ program.
Our mission is to enhance the standard of living for cacao farmers by ensuring they receive a fair share of the value created in the chocolate supply chain. This is achieved through the distribution of the "Chocolate Bonus," a premium paid by Cacao-Trace customers.
The foundation serves as a transparent and accountable platform for collecting and allocating the chocolate bonus. We guarantee that 100% of the funds collected directly reach the farmers.
To support this initiative, all operational costs are covered by Belcolade, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to empowering cocoa farmers and creating a sustainable future for the next generation.
Bakery School Foundation
The Bakery School Foundation was established with a noble purpose: to provide quality education to underprivileged youngsters in countries. Recognizing the plight of children on the streets and the need for skilled bakers, patissiers, and chocolatiers, Puratos took action.
